Return & Replacement Policy

At UP CUTLERY WORKS, we are committed to delivering high-quality cutlery and cookware products. Every product undergoes strict quality checks before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of the product, incorrect ordering by the customer, or normal wear and tear.

Manufacturing Defect Claims

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

TO SUBMIT A CLAIM, PLEASE PROVIDE:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs and/or videos showing the defect
  • Brief description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review or replacement.

Inspection & Approval

All claims are subject to inspection and verification by our quality control team. If the issue is determined to be a genuine manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement of the defective product at no additional cost.

PVD Finish Disclaimer

Products featuring PVD Gold, Rose Gold, Black, or other decorative coatings are designed to enhance appearance. The longevity of the PVD finish depends on usage, cleaning methods, storage conditions, and environmental factors.

UP CUTLERY WORKS does not provide any lifetime guarantee or warranty on PVD-coated finishes. Gradual fading, color variation, scratches, or wear of the PVD coating over time due to regular use are considered normal and shall not be treated as manufacturing defects.

Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or replacements will not be accepted for:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, or accidents
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use
  • Scratches, dents, stains, or discoloration resulting from use
  • Fading, color changes, or wear of PVD-coated finishes
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or harsh chemicals
  • Products altered, repaired, or modified by unauthorized persons
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer

Refund Policy

UP CUTLERY WORKS generally does not offer refunds. Approved manufacturing defect claims will be resolved through replacement of the affected product.
